Representation

Students of St Cuthbert's Society are represented on all levels.

At a college level, the JCR Representative Committee forms the main body responsible for ensuring that all students are represented. The committe is chaired by the Representative Committee Chair, who has overall responsibility for college representation. Officers on the committee represent mature, international, local, part-time, livers-in, livers-out, and postgraduate students.

At a university level, the senior Durham Students' Union representative heads representation, with his team of Junior DSU representatives. They sit on the DSU Student Representative Council, and vote on university level issues. Additionally, the DSU sabbatical officers (President, Education and Welfare Officer, and Student Societies and Development Officer) head university representation, and can be involved in more serious matters.

At a national level you are represented by the National Union of Students.
